Accounts Preparation

Company Secretarial
Companies House has strict rules for Ltd's including the keeping of registers, AGM's and the annual Confirmation Statement. We can manage all your company secretarial to keep you compliant. We have a wealth of useful templates such as Board Resolutions and Dividend Vouchers.
Tax Support
We can prepare and submit Self-assessment returns (SA100), quarterly VAT, and Corporation Tax returns (CT600).

Stirling Accounting Ltd. was established in July 2019 and has since provided a range of essential accountancy services to businesses across Surrey, Hampshire, and London. We have experience in a wide range of sectors including insurance, technology, professional services, retail, and the charity sector.

We work in partnership with start-ups and SME's to ensure all elements of the bookkeeping/accounts are accurate and also put in place effective processes to streamline and improve reporting. We also believe you should be getting the most value for your money, and this is achieved by utilising automation tools wherever possible. We are certified Advisors in multiple cloud systems including Xero, Quickbooks and FreeAgent meaning we can get the most from the system you are already using or suggest an alternative.

Mercedes attained a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Finance and is a CIMA-qualified Accountant. She worked in London as Chief Financial Officer for a Software Consultancy for 5 years whilst completing her qualifications and started providing Accountancy services directly through Stirling Accounting in July 2019. She has over 15 years of professional experience including a wealth of Operations and Business Management which has proved vital in offering a full services Accountancy approach to her clients. She enjoys data & automation, and has gained certifications in ISO27001 and Company Secretarial.
